Meet John and Shelly Blevins from Columbia. During the summer and fall months they sell sweet peppers, tomatoes, potatoes, green beans, zucchinis, summer squash, eggplants, cucumbers, cantaloupes, watermelons, winter squash, gourds, pumpkins and more. Shelly grew up “truck gardening” with her family. Her grandfather raised vegetables and sold them out of the back of his truck and so did her mother and father. John and Shelly are carrying on the farming tradition along with the rest of the Sapp family at Strawberry Hill Farms.
